Ordering Policies

  1. On line products are inventoried and ready to ship. When orders are placed they go in line in the order they come in. If there is a discrepancy in inventory is found, we will first substitute for a like product. If that is not an option then a refund is made.
  2. We ship all of our on-line orders via First Class or Priority mail with a tracking number.
  3. Shipping time frames can vary from a day or two to as far out as a several weeks, depending on how busy we get. These days we are backed up more often then caught up. If time frames are important to you, please call us after ordering and request your order to be expedited or message us directly on Social Media. We ise facebook Messenger as well as Instagram. If we do not answer leave us a message with your name and order #. Email is sometimes unreliable and spam folders get too many emails so please do not rely on that for order communication.
  4. No minimum order requirements.
  5. Refunds are issued as on-line store credit once we receive returned items back. Refunds are also given only for the value of the merchandise. Shipping fee's are non refundable.
  6. Charge Backs are assessed a $75 fee and unpaid fee's are subject to being sent to collections. Pick up a phone and call us.
  7. Please keep in mind when ordering custom parts, we are a very small family business and do most of the production work our selves. Delays do happen, we DO NOT purchase mass produced products and resell them. We sell our own work.
